DOH-Hernando’s Family Health Clinic is now accepting Medicaid patients.
The Family Health Clinic is a primary care clinic for insured and uninsured clients.
services include:
- School physicalsÂ
- Annual check-up/preventative care for adults and children
- Management of chronic diseases, such as asthma, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes
- Immunizations for children 0-18 years of age are no cost regardless of insurance
- Epilepsy and Diabetic Medication assistance programs available
Immunizations and STD Testing and Treatment services are also offered, no insurance required.
The Family Health Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
