To report a possible exposure to a rabid animal or an infectious disease, please call our epidemiology nurse at 352-540-6897 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. After 4 p.m. please call 352-279-3733.

Guidelines for Disease Reporting
All practitioners, health care facilities, and laboratories in Florida are required to notify the Florida Department of Health of diseases or conditions of public health significance.
