The Florida Department of Health in Hernando County provides clinical services for family planning, birth control, women's health services, STD screening/treatment, child and adult immunizations, hepatitis screening, HIV screening, tuberculosis screening and treatment, HIV/AIDS treatment and medical care and more. For faster service please fill out and print the Medical History Form.
Those with emergency health needs should seek care from one of Hernando County’s three local emergency rooms; Bayfront Health-Brooksville, Bayfront Health-Spring Hill, and Oak Hill Hospital.
