Brooksville, Fla.— Hernando County Government, in support of the Florida Department of Health in Hernando County (DOH-Hernando), has contracted with CDR Maguire: Health & Medical, one of the state’s leading COVID-19 testing companies, to provide vaccination scheduling through their CDR HealthPro™ patient portal software. 

On January 28, the State of Florida released information about a pre-registration system available to residents at myvaccine.fl.gov. This site is independent of the CDR Maguire website.

Registering at that site DOES NOT REPLACE signing up at the CDR HealthPro™ patient portal as the myvaccine.fl.gov site is not yet in use in Hernando County.

Scheduling a vaccine through DOH-Hernando can be accomplished on a first come, first served basis using the two options shown below during a scheduling window:

• By phone at (844) 770-8548

Scheduling windows are made available as the COVID-19 vaccine supply is replenished. These dates are shared on the health department’s website: www.Hernando.FLHealth.gov and via social media at Twitter.com/HealthyHernando.

Appointments are required to get the vaccine. Walkups will not be accommodated.
