Community Survey Available for Hernando County Residents

Hernando County community members, healthcare providers and business leaders are invited to share their views on local health and healthcare by taking a 10-minute survey. WellFlorida Council is conducting the surveys on behalf of the Florida Department of Health in Hernando County from March 18 to May 26, 2019.
The surveys are available at www.WellFlorida.org (select “Survey”). Community Member survey participants may enter to win a $30 gift card upon completing the survey. To receive a printed version of the surveys, or for additional information, call or email Chris Abarca at cabarca@wellflorida.org or 352-727-3767.
Survey results, along with research and health related data, will be used to assess the region’s most pressing health needs. This information will be made available in fall 2019 in the report Hernando County Community Health Needs Assessment.
WellFlorida Council is the region’s local health council and consultant for health causes.
