2018 SWAT Survey

August 27, 2018

Calling all current and former SWAT members! The Bureau of Tobacco Free Florida (BTFF) is asking for your help with a survey to better understand the impact of SWAT on members. The survey will help us understand what’s working now and provide an opportunity to promote the value of the SWAT program to leadership around the state.

The survey should take 15 minutes to complete. We would really like everyone to complete the survey by September 7, 2018. We urge you to participate because the information you provide will help improve the BTFF program.

All the information you provide is confidential and will only be presented in summary form combined with other responses from current and former SWAT members.
